모두가 성장하는 안전한 학교가 되기 위해서 우리는 다음 원칙을 지킵니다.

To ensure that our school remains a safe place where everyone can grow and thrive, we uphold the following principles.

1. 모든 교사는 심화 범죄기록조회(Enhanced DBS Check)를 거쳐 채용합니다.

2. 학교 안전 정책(Safeguarding Policy) 등 제반 규정을 준수합니다.

3. 학교안전담당관(Designated Safeguarding Lead)은
계속직무교육(CPD, Continuing Professional Development)을 통해서 역량을 강화합니다.

4. 학교 내의 갈등은 이해와 치유, 관계회복을 목적으로 하는
회복적 정의(Restorative Justice)의 관점에서 해결합니다.

All teachers are recruited only after completing an Enhanced DBS Check.
We comply fully with all relevant regulations,
including our Safeguarding Policy and other school safety procedures.
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) continually strengthens their expertise
through ongoing professional training (CPD – Continuing Professional Development).
Any conflicts within the school community are addressed
through the principles of Restorative Justice, promoting understanding, healing, and positive relationships.
